About me

I'm passionate about empowering mothers through the journey of pregnancy, birth and the fourth trimester. After giving birth to our first child, I decided to start my birth work journey as a birth and postpartum doula. My goal is to provide unwavering support, guiding moms to feel calm and empowered on their unique journey to motherhood. I have extensive training as a certified Body Ready Method pro, as a placenta Encapsulation specialist, and am working to complete my Certified Lactation Counselor Training with the Healthy Children's Project. Beyond my doula role, I am a mom to a 4 year old boy, a 2 year old girl, and I find joy in bonfires, gardening and a good cup of coffee.

Service introduction

I offer a birth doula package that includes two prenatal visits, attendance of your birth and a postpartum visit. I also offer hourly postpartum doula support and placenta encapsulation services.
