My wife is 10 weeks pregnant with our first child. We've yet to settle on a specific OBGYN but are hoping to work with Dr. Damon Cobb and give birth at Scripps. We are looking for someone to provide a few in home / live sessions to educate us on the process, then be present at and around delivery, and maybe 1 visit after birth. We would like someone who is certified and has a backup plan for day of delivery.

I’m looking for a birth doula that will guide and support us in the labor & delivery journey. I would love to get to meet with them 2-3 times prior to the birth in addition to having them present at the time of birth (major plus for any contact after too!). I plan to give birth in a hospital. Our estimated budget is $2,000-3,500. I’m feeling nervous about our first labor and birth experience, so I would love a doula focused on providing us with info necessary to help us feel prepared & confident to mitigate stress, as well as a doula with a calming and comforting energy. :)

My plan is to give birth either at the temecula valley hospital or on base hospital on camp pendleton, my estimated budget is around $6,000-$7,000 for 2-3 months of care. My birth plan is still something i’m working out since i am a first time mom. and im early in my 1st trimester. age to me does not matter as long as they are fully certified in the field, know CPR, and have at least 5-6 years of experience. My baby will be around 2weeks old when i start care so my main concern is that during the night time baby baby is woken up and feed as needed, only cleaning wise that would maybe have to be done is just dishes and washing laundry (not folding just washing and drying)

Unmedicated birth, birthing in San Diego in the birthing center at UCSD. Would like to get through labor as calm, supported and educated on each position per cm dilated, my birthing plan and as I can. I have a husband that is very involved and wants to be a part of the process every step and wants help with how to best support me during birth. I do not want pitosin, and I would like minimal interventions as long as everything is healthy. I don't want them to rush me, break my water synthetically, take my baby away from my sight, or cut the cord early. I want to delay Vitamin K shot and maybe get the oral kind if I struggle with breast feeding. I am open to education and will be receptive to evidence based information that is mixed with experience.

I plan to give birth in the Balboa Navy medical hospital. My budget is on the lower side. Birth plan would be calm environment, only my doula, husband, and limited amount of doctors in the room. No student doctors. No episiotomy (unless medically recommended and/or justified), no male doctors, I do have questions about pitocin if the time comes, would like a epidural but birthing position to be hands and knees. I would also like a delayed cord cutting and deliver the placenta on its own time. We would also like my husband to catch the baby and cut the cord.

I am planning to give birth in a hospital and am looking for a certified doula who accepts or is familiar with TRICARE Prime coverage. My birth plan is to try a low-dose epidural at first, with the option to increase it if needed. My goal is to have the best pain relief possible while maintaining safety for me and my baby. After birth, I would like delayed cord clamping, to leave the vernix on my baby rather than wiping it off immediately, and to have uninterrupted skin-to-skin contact with either me or the baby's father for about the first hour before routine newborn assessments, provided my baby is healthy and does not require urgent medical care. I would prefer to delay the hospital bath and decline routine eye ointment unless it is medically necessary or required. I understand that my birth preferences may need to change if there is a medical concern for me or my baby. I am looking for a certified doula with at least 10 years of experience supporting hospital births. I am 28 years old, this is my first pregnancy, and I plan to breastfeed if possible but am open to supplementing with formula if medically necessary. I would also appreciate postpartum support, including newborn education, breastfeeding guidance, and sleep training support after my baby is born. Most importantly, I am looking for a doula who complements my husband's role rather than replaces it.
