Congratulations on your new baby! Postpartum Doula support can help you navigate this life change with ease! I offer day time (4 hour minimum) and overnight (8 hour minimum) support. Postpartum support includes, but is not limited to: Postpartum planning, emotional support, newborn care, household support, light housekeeping, meal planning and preparation.
