Offerings I have for new and expecting mom is pre natal, birth assistance and postpartum care. During pre and post care (when ready) mom has the option to participate in serves we offer at our office. Yoga, meditation, mommy+me classes and more. Our goal is to support the mental, emotional, physical health by assisting families who are in need of us.
