I’m a DONA-certified birth doula with over 30 years of experience in family advocacy and early childhood development. God led me to this work through the transformative births of my own four children, each one shaping my heart and deepening my passion for supporting others through this sacred journey. In 2020, I followed that calling and founded Mountains of Love Doulas to provide families with evidence-based guidance, emotional encouragement, and hands-on support. Now rooted in Berthoud, Colorado with my husband and our four kids, we soak up every moment we can outdoors—when I’m not holding space for another beautiful birth.

I believe every woman deserves continuous, respectful support during one of the most transformative experiences of her life. After the births of my five daughters, I saw firsthand how deeply continuous support can shape a birth experience. Becoming a doula felt like a natural next step. Whether you’re planning a home birth, hospital birth, epidural, unmedicated birth, or something in between, my role is to offer calm support, evidence-based information, hands-on comfort, and steady presence throughout your journey. I support your choices without judgment or pressure. Birth isn’t something to fear. It’s personal. Powerful. And deeply human. This is your body, your baby, and your birth. Hi, my name is Carolina, and I’ve been a doula for almost 3 years. I love supporting moms, couples, and families who need to be educated about the birth world in the USA. I have 2 Children, one is 20, and the other one is almost 16. My greatest gift has been a mom for them. I love to connect birthing families with resources, educate them and get them ready to have a calm and beautiful experience in the birth of their children. As a mom, I went through a lot myself, felt so lonely in the process and I don’t want anyone to feel the same I felt. We speak Spanish and English, and hope to hire more doulas who speak other languages soon.
