I’m a certified birth doula, trained through a DONA International–approved workshop and certified with ProDoula. I’m also trained in Spinning Babies® and serve as an active member of Colorado Volunteer Doulas. As an intuitive empath and mother of three, I’m deeply committed to compassionate, nonjudgmental care. I provide emotional and physical comfort, evidence-based information, and space for you to feel heard, respected, and fully in control of your autonomy during the birthing transition. My role is not to direct, but to walk beside you—helping you access your inner wisdom and face the unknowns with courage and confidence. I also support birth partners so we can work together as a cohesive birth team. Outside of birthwork, I’m a mystic, tarot reader, animal lover, book consumer, and imaginative play director for my kids. I bring mindfulness and meaning into every client relationship. All are welcome. Every person deserves safe, respectful, and inclusive care—always.

As a mother of two, I’ve experienced firsthand the difference that having support during birth can make. My first birth was without a doula, and while it was a powerful experience, I realized afterward how much emotional and physical guidance can truly ease the journey. With my second birth, having a doula by my side brought calm, confidence, and reassurance that allowed me to be fully present in the moment. That experience inspired me to become a doula myself—to provide families with the same compassionate support and peaceful presence that made such a difference in my own story. My goal is to help parents feel informed, empowered, and cared for every step of the way.

I'm Olivia! I'm a proud boy mom of 3, and I am married to my high school sweetheart. God led me to being a doula through my own childbirth experiences and the experiences of my friends and family! As a certified Labor and Birth Doula, through Rocky Mountain Doula and through Tender Gifts Birth, my goal is to emphasize and advocate for natural childbirth through Gods plan for families and more importantly, mothers! Because this season is so important, there’s nothing sweeter than capturing these moments forever! I started photography as a hobby and as I’ve transitioned into birth work, I found a passion in giving the gift of a memory to cherish forever. From maternity to birth, I am so honored to be a part of this journey, whatever that might look like for you.

I’m a Loveland, Colorado-based mother of two wonderful boys, ages 4 and 1. My journey into motherhood began with a medically managed hospital birth, where support during labor and postpartum was limited. Navigating postpartum anxiety, depression, and nursing challenges as a single mother was a deeply formative experience. My second birth—a natural water birth at a birth center attended by midwives and a doula—was profoundly different. It was through that empowering and supported experience that I came to understand the incredible strength of the birthing body, and the vital role that informed, compassionate care plays in a woman’s journey. As I moved through this transformative chapter, I found myself drawn to learning more about pregnancy, birth, and postpartum care. I became passionate about the power of nurturing, evidence-based support during this sacred transition. That path ultimately led me to doula work, where I feel deeply called to walk alongside women as they move through one of the most powerful experiences of their lives.

My role as your doula is not to take the place of your partner or others who you may have invited to your birth, but rather to enable full participation from everyone to have your birth go as smoothly as possible. My goal is to support you mentally, emotionally, and physically to co-create the environment you wish to have for your birth. My practice is evidence based and built on the idea that everyone has the right to education, informed consent, and reproductive justice. I would love to help you along your journey and discover the atmosphere that is right for you.

Hi there- I’m Emma, birth doula, wife, and mama to two little girls who I birthed at birth center. With my first baby, I was lovingly doula’d for a long, 76 hour labor, and afterwards knew that birth work was 100% what I was called to do. I received my certification through Childbirth International in 2023 and have attended labors at home, birth center and hospital. My days are spent playing outside with my family, running the meals ministry at our church, and making way too much sourdough. I have my bachelor’s degree in statistics, so I love researching and sharing about evidence based birth, but know that mama’s intuition can’t be beat!! My aim is to always bring a presence of warmth, reverence, and peace to my clients’ births, and would love to support you in the birth you’ve dreamed of. I am a Colorado Medicaid doula provider.
