My name is Lene (Lynn-ay) Griffith. I am a certified postpartum doula. I have a passion for helping families reach a sense of peace and normalcy in the early days of parenthood, be it their first baby or not! Are you a birth doula?
I am not a certified birth doula. I can provide UNCERTIFIED birth support if desired as a part of the package rate, but it would be made clear that it’s not my specialty!
