I have a passion for helping families reach a sense of peace and normalcy in the early days of parenthood, be it their first baby or not! What to expect

Postpartum support including light housekeeping, errands, meal prepping and planning, parent mental and physical support, homeopathic support, baby support and teaching, help with informed decisions, night care, etc.

Are you a birth doula?

I am not a certified birth doula. I can provide UNCERTIFIED birth support if desired as a part of the package rate, but it would be made clear that it’s not my specialty!
