**Bringing Peace, Serenity, & Calm from Preconception Through Pregnancy, Birth & Recovery** Hi, I’m Crystal, a holistic doula, perinatal massage therapist, educator, and guide supporting individuals and families through fertility, pregnancy, birth, and recovery. With over a decade of experience, I offer whole-person care that helps you feel calm, informed, deeply cared for, and confident in the choices you make along the way. I believe these experiences are about more than reaching the next milestone. Whether you're preparing for pregnancy, navigating fertility or infertility, growing your family, preparing for birth, or recovering from pregnancy, your body, mind, and emotional well-being deserve thoughtful support through the transition. My approach brings together bodywork, education, doula care, and personalized guidance to meet you where you are. Some clients come to me for physical relief or support preparing their bodies for what's ahead. Others need help sorting through information, understanding their options, preparing for birth or parenthood, or simply having a calm, knowledgeable person beside them while plans change. There isn't one "right" way to move through fertility, pregnancy, birth, or recovery. My role isn't to fit you into a philosophy or tell you what you should choose. It's to help you understand your options, honor your values, care for your body, and create more peace in whatever season you're navigating. *Because peace of mind comes from understanding your options, not being told what to do.*

Tailored prenatal or postpartum massage therapy to ease discomforts, reduce stress, promote relaxation, and aid in recovery. Available within 30 minutes of zip code 80922 in Colorado Springs; travel fees apply beyond this radius.
A 6-Week Body-Centered Birth Preparation Series Format: Weekly one-on-one instruction, paired with guided reflection, partner practices, and integration tools. Each week is designed to be experienced over time, with a total engagement of approximately 2–2.5 hours (including instruction and personal practice). Philosopy: This series blends evidence-based birth education with somatic awareness, nervous-system regulation, and embodied preparation. Families leave feeling informed, grounded, and confident in both the physiology and lived experience of birth.
The same support and attention as with my in-person birth doula package, except all done by phone and/or video call. This option is ideal for families outside my service radius or those seeking consistent emotional and strategic support without hands-on care.
Active Peace Maternity bridges areas of care that are often treated separately. My background spans perinatal bodywork, doula support, childbirth and fertility education, planning, and healthcare experience, allowing me to look at both the body and the bigger picture.
