I want to do an unmedicated birth and I want someone who can help me with other methods on pain management during labor and the best way I can prep for labor so that I have a healthy and stress free experience

I will deliver in a hospital. I have delivered 5 babies vaginally with an induction and epidural. I have not gone into labor naturally. I am concerned that another epidural would present health risks (experiencing possible nerve damage currently). I need someone that can coach me in labor and motivate me prior to labor. I have issues dialating but when dialated labor goes very, very quickly. I am unsure of the average costs of a doula, so do not have a budget yet. We have excellent conventional insurance, but will be paying all the hospital pricing, so we cannot spend a ton extra on top of that.
