How these prices are calculated

Prices are the rates night nannies and newborn care specialists list on their Bornbir profiles. Birth doula packages are left out, because they pay for labor support rather than nights. So are hourly rates under $15 or over $200, to leave out package prices entered as an hourly rate by mistake.

The Coral Springs figures count providers based within 150 miles once at least 5 of them list prices; below that the page shows Florida or United States figures instead. Medians are the middle price, ranges the middle half of prices, and per-night costs assume a 10-hour shift. Figures recompute daily.

The cost of a night nanny in Coral Springs, FL can be influenced by several factors:

  • Experience and Qualifications

Nannies with extensive experience, certifications (e.g., newborn care specialist), or specific training often charge higher rates.

  • Number of Babies

Caring for twins or multiples typically costs more than caring for a single baby due to the increased workload.

  • Hours and Duration

Rates may vary depending on the number of hours per night, the total number of nights required, and whether the arrangement is short-term or long-term.

  • Duties and Responsibilities

Additional responsibilities, such as bottle preparation, light housekeeping, or sleep training, can increase the cost.

  • Time of Year

Demand during peak times, like the holiday season, may drive prices higher.

  • Agency Fees

Hiring through an agency often includes placement fees or additional charges for their services, adding to the overall cost.

  • Overnight Rates vs. Hourly Rates

Some nannies charge a flat overnight rate, while others charge hourly, which can influence costs depending on the length of the shift.

When considering hiring a night nanny in Coral Springs, FL, it's advisable to research and interview several night nannies to find one who aligns with your preferences, needs, and budget. During consultations, you can discuss their specific services and pricing structure to ensure you have a clear understanding of what is included and the associated costs. This process will help you find a night nanny who meets your needs and fits within your budget.

Monica was a midwife to me for my second born baby. After delivering in a hospital with my first baby, I was sure I wanted different with my second baby. Monica was incredible, when she found out it was go time, she was more than prepared! She stayed connected, & we had a quick precipitous labor here my son was born to me in the water just 3 hours after laboring. I’ll never forget this experience and how Monica left a mark in my heart. The most empowering birth right after having had experienced a hospital birth.

I am a career nanny specializing in newborn and postpartum care, certified in all aspects of NCS, and deeply passionate about supporting families during the earliest weeks of a baby’s life. What sets me apart is my understanding of babies at their core I am trained in the Dunstan Baby Language, which allows me to recognize that babies are communicating from day one. By interpreting their cues accurately, I can meet their needs promptly, helping both baby and parents feel confident and supported. My approach to newborn care combines the attentiveness of a certified newborn specialist with the practicality and warmth of a nanny. I aim to make every family’s experience comfortable, organized, and nurturing not an extended hospital stay. I manage all aspects of nursery care, including restocking changing stations, organizing wardrobes and baby laundry, advising on items to purchase, knowing when to move up in diaper sizes, pacifiers, and bottle nipples, and managing baby nutrition and breastfeeding support. I am attentive to subtle cues for congestion, acid reflux, and other newborn concerns, providing guidance to parents with care and reassurance. Beyond the essentials, I make the most of babies’ small wake windows reading to them, doing tummy time, mirror play, floor play, and other developmental activities that are often overlooked in the newborn period. I believe these early interactions are critical for growth, bonding, and joy. I choose not to wear scrubs, preferring comfortable, professional attire that keeps the household feeling warm and approachable. I find that removing the medical atmosphere allows everyone especially other children in the home to feel at ease and keeps the energy light and positive. My goal is to provide a holistic, confident, and joyful approach to newborn care, helping families navigate this special time with calm, expertise, and heart.

10 Stars out of 5! Alina was/is simply AMAZING!!!!! She is very caring with a sweet spirit yet stern when necessary. Alina was my doula (01/2025-05/2025) and she came with me to doctor appointments, was available 24/7 to answer and advise me as necessary. She wrote down a very detailed plan on how I wanted my delivery to go, however, quite a bit changed. Alina was there every step of the way, ensuring that I had everything I wanted and needed to be comfortable. She was my voice at the hospital when I had none. The staff tried to ignore my desires, she stood "our" ground and literally held me up. I've also signed a waiver to take home my placenta and the staff attempted to discard it, however Alina intervened and made sure my placenta was packaged correctly, so we can get it to the placenta encapsulation specialist. I literally can go on and on about her. Even during my postpartum care, Alina constantly checked in with me and gave me the support I didn't know I have needed. I would definitely recommend Alina's services to all.

We had a great experience with Haley caring for our newborn daughter and 2-year-old son. Her medical background and experience working in the NICU were especially reassuring and incredibly helpful, as our daughter was dealing with reflux and feeding issues. Haley was dependable, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and such a wonderful support to our family during what was a stressful and exhausting time. We were so grateful to have her help and expertise, and she gave us so much peace of mind knowing our children were in such capable hands. We cannot recommend Haley enough! Your baby will truly be in the best hands with her.

I’m so grateful to have had her as my doula! From the very beginning, I felt very comfortable with her, and I always appreciated the consultations and all the knowledge she shared with me. Whenever I had a question or concern, I could send her a message, and she was always so responsive and helpful. Her guidance gave me so much peace of mind, especially during those moments when I wasn’t sure if I was doing things right. Thanks to her support and advice, I also feel that I had a much better experience with breastfeeding and building my milk supply. I highly recommend her to any new mom looking for someone knowledgeable, caring, supportive, and always willing to help.
