What's the Cost of Hiring a Night Nanny in Boca Raton, FL?

The cost of a night nanny in Boca Raton, FL can vary depending on the specific services offered, the experience of the nanny, and the number of hours required. On average, night nannies in Boca Raton may charge anywhere from $20 to $35 per hour. Some may also offer package deals for multiple nights or extended periods of care. It's best to contact local night nanny services or agencies for specific pricing information.

The cost of a night nanny in Boca Raton, FL can be influenced by several factors:

  • Experience and Qualifications

Nannies with extensive experience, certifications (e.g., newborn care specialist), or specific training often charge higher rates.

  • Number of Babies

Caring for twins or multiples typically costs more than caring for a single baby due to the increased workload.

  • Hours and Duration

Rates may vary depending on the number of hours per night, the total number of nights required, and whether the arrangement is short-term or long-term.

  • Duties and Responsibilities

Additional responsibilities, such as bottle preparation, light housekeeping, or sleep training, can increase the cost.

  • Time of Year

Demand during peak times, like the holiday season, may drive prices higher.

  • Agency Fees

Hiring through an agency often includes placement fees or additional charges for their services, adding to the overall cost.

  • Overnight Rates vs. Hourly Rates

Some nannies charge a flat overnight rate, while others charge hourly, which can influence costs depending on the length of the shift.

When considering hiring a night nanny in Boca Raton, FL, it's advisable to research and interview several night nannies to find one who aligns with your preferences, needs, and budget. During consultations, you can discuss their specific services and pricing structure to ensure you have a clear understanding of what is included and the associated costs. This process will help you find a night nanny who meets your needs and fits within your budget.

I only wish I had found Andi sooner! I can’t say enough good things about Andi at Newbornable. After months of exhaustion and frustration with my 4-month-old’s sleep, a friend recommended her—and I’m so grateful! My baby was waking constantly at night and barely napping. From our first conversation, Andi was warm, reassuring, and truly listened to my concerns. She had me track my baby’s routine before our consult, ensuring her advice was completely personalized—not a one-size-fits-all plan. Andi’s approach was practical and flexible, tailored to both my baby’s needs and my parenting style. She checked in often, adjusted the plan as needed, and always made sure I had options. With her support, I felt confident and in control. Within days, my baby’s sleep improved. Despite travel, illness, and sibling disruptions, Andi helped me stay on track. And then—my baby slept 11 hours straight! If you’re struggling with newborn sleep, don’t hesitate—Andi is a lifesaver!

I bring a heart-centered, holistic approach to birth work—rooted in deep empathy, empowerment, and unwavering trust in the sacred journey of motherhood. I believe birth is not just a physical experience; it’s a profoundly emotional and spiritual transformation—for the mother and the entire family. My philosophy centers on honoring your intuition, supporting informed choices, and holding space for you to feel seen, heard, and respected at every stage of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I am not here to take control. I am here to walk beside you, uplift you, and remind you of your innate power as a parent. My practice is grounded in compassion, cultural sensitivity, and the understanding that no two birth journeys are the same. I meet you where you are—whether you're planning a serene home birth, a hospital delivery, or anything in between. Through education, advocacy, and unwavering support, I help parents navigate their options and move forward with confidence and clarity. The postpartum journey is just as important—and sacred—as pregnancy and birth. I believe this period deserves just as much care and intention. My approach is rooted in nurturing the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—while creating a soft landing for you to heal, bond, and grow into your new rhythm. Whether you're a first-time parent or welcoming another baby into your family, I offer nonjudgmental support, compassionate listening, and practical help tailored to your unique needs. From emotional reassurance and newborn care guidance to light housework and breastfeeding or bottle feeding support, I work to create a calm, grounded environment where your recovery and your baby’s transition are deeply honored. I see postpartum not as a time to “bounce back,” but a time to be held, nourished, and affirmed. You don’t have to do this alone. I’m here to make you feel seen, safe, and supported every step of the way. This work is more than a profession for me—it is a calling. A calling to serve, nurture, and restore dignity and joy to the birthing experience.

Hi everyone! My name is Grey Graham, and I am a Certified Postpartum and Birth Doula, as well as a Certified Breastfeeding Counselor. Currently, I service South Florida (primarily), but I am open to traveling to North Florida, as well as any neighboring states. In my honest opinion, I think children are a precious gem, they are Gods gift to us here on Earth. They're just so sweet and actually quite fun to be around, I believe that they are the future and we can learn more from them then we think. I also love to see people happy and enjoying the life we've been blessed with. I decided to become a doula become after constantly stumbling across people with fears/ bad stories about giving birth and having children. I saw that people were afraid of having an actual baby, anxious that they'd be abandoned in the delivery room, and nervous about how to take care of them after. I've heard moms break down thinking they're not doing enough and failing their infant. That's where I come in. My ideal practice is to give judgment free help families adapt to bringing their baby home, understand any concerns they have, and hopefully aid them into becoming able to enjoy this milestone of their life.

As a first-time mom, I had so many worries from if I was doing things “right” to feeling nervous about being alone with my baby. Finding Alkin was truly an answered prayer. From the very first meeting, she made me feel seen, heard, and supported. She never took over or made me feel inadequate, but instead came alongside me with patience and encouragement, helping me build my confidence as a new mom. Whether it was guidance on newborn care, reassuring answers to my questions, or simply creating a calm space so I could rest, Alkin’s presence was invaluable. What makes her unique is the balance of being both a certified postpartum doula and a registered nurse, she brings not only warmth and understanding but also deep knowledge and professionalism. She tailored her support to fit my needs and respected my rhythms and values as a parent. She truly eased the transition into motherhood and gave me peace of mind during those overwhelming early weeks. I’m so grateful and would recommend her to any family/friends looking for both care and confidence on their parenting journey.

I had the pleasure of having MJ as my doula for the birth of my baby girl! Upon talking to MJ during the phone interview I instantly knew she was the doula for me we clicked so fast I felt like I was talking to a longtime friend. She is very intuitive and receptive to your needs and of your partner! She constantly gave me affirmations and facts about VBAC which helped me to be confident. On the day I gave birth she came quickly to the hospital to be there for me. Even as our plan didn’t go as expected and I had a C section, she was there for me emotionally supporting me and stayed afterwards to make sure we were okay. Im so glad we had her on our pregnancy journey she was often the first one I’d call or text after a prenatal appointment especially if I needed that extra support. Even after birth she checked on me and offered me many resources on breastfeeding! I highly recommend MJ for a high quality doula.
