Our first baby is due in April and we're planning a home birth. Wed like support through late pregnancy and delivery, ideally from someone experienced with. Budget around $2000

I am first time mom pregnant either twins. I’m looking for support when it comes to labor and birth. I do plan to deliver in a hospital, but I want to learn other techniques when it comes to going through labor and actually delivering. I also want to learn how to safely care for my new born babies. I’m not exactly sure of my birth plan as of yet. I know for sure I do not want to be induced unless for emergency purposes. Unsure if I want to go with or without epidural. I want to listen to what my body and babies want and need. I’m not sure how much doulas usually cost, but I’m not really trying to spend a whole lot.

Hello, My name is Eloise; I'm 32 years old from Ohio. I'm a 2x surrogate with a total of 4 pregnancies. Deliveries are as followed 02/14/2016 emergency c-section stopped dilating at 4cm water was broke for over 24 hours resulting in me needing a c section come to find out the cord was wrapped around my daughter's neck. 08/17/2017 c section due to being over due to being a week overdue and still not dilated or thinning with my 2nd daughter 04/12/2021 planned c section because he was a surrogate baby and i didnt know i had an option to try vbac. I'm currently 16 weeks pregnant with surrogate baby and would really like to try for a vbac or even a at home/water birth but I'm struggling with finding a medical professional that supports my decision after having 3 previous c sections. I don't mind traveling to meet with a new doctor if there's a chance my wishes can be honored. My intended parents support my decision and are willing to help in any way possible to achieve this. I feel like in the past I wasn't heard or listened to. Ive never had a doula before, and my intended mom suggested it. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I am looking for a midwife, as I do not want to use an ob/gyn. I would ideally like to do a home birth. If for some reason I am unable to do a home birth, I want an uneducated birth, hopefully in a birth center. I would love to work with a midwife who also has nursing experience but am not completely set on it. I would like both a midwife and doula who have christian beliefs to match mine.
