Hi moms, I am a doula here in the Cuyahoga falls area. I lived and got trained in Suwanee GA. I moved back to the area in may but have not had the availability to do births so I have taken a step back. I have settled in and have the ability to come along side families as a postpartum doula and night nanny. I have worked as a nanny for families for over 6 years and they all become like family. I would love to come along side your growing family and assist so you can thrive.
I truly cannot say enough good about Camie. She spent so much time with me leading up to my birth educating and preparing me and walking me through my choices. When she isn’t sure of something she doesn’t pretend, she finds a resource to get you an answer and that just made the trust between us even better. My birth went nothing like we had planned and we hit road blocks at every step of the way, but Camie was there from the moment I went in for my unplanned induction, for every painful moment and difficult decision, right through until my daughter was born. My birth was difficult, long, and taxing, but Camie was a rock through it all, not just for me but also for my partner. Her love for babies, for her role as a doula, for others, and for the Lord is unmatched and I am forever grateful for her.

Hi! My name is Elizabeth (Lizzy) Higginbotham, and I am a certified birth doula based in Kent, Ohio. I’m also a senior at the University of Mount Union, pursuing a degree in psychology. My passion for birth work comes from the belief that bringing new life into the world is a beautiful experience, and I am dedicated to supporting and comforting mothers throughout their journey.
My experience with Lizzy has been wonderful. She is warm, approachable, and truly listens to both concerns and goals. I felt supported and never rushed during our interactions. She explains things clearly and gives practical guidance that’s easy to follow. What stood out most is how compassionate and patient she is, which made me feel at ease right away. Lizzy really cares about the families she works with, and that makes a huge difference. I would absolutely recommend her to other parents who want someone knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely invested in their well-being.

Hi! My name is Brandi. I'm so glad you are here! I began my journey into becoming a Doula after having a powerful birth (cliché, I know). It got me thinking, if I felt empowered then why shouldn't others feel that way?! Inspired, it led me to a career supporting others through their significant time. On my down time I stay busy being a wife and a mother to 6 active, awesome kids. You can almost always catch me on the field or in the gym. Some of my passions include God, coffee, plants, essential oils, baby-wearing, traveling, group exercise, crafting, crystals, nature, tattoos and herbal healing. But above all, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I love to learn and grow. I like to encourage and empower families through their life journeys! There is nothing like becoming a family! I absolutely LOVE birth and can't wait to be a part of yours. And beyond. ❤

Hello, mamas! My journey into birth work began when I took prenatal yoga while pregnant with my first baby. These classes had such a profound impact on my pregnancies, labor and births that I knew I wanted to support other women. I believe birth is a natural, beautiful experience. My style incorporates preparing your mind, body and spirit in way of breath work, yoga and child birth education.
Lisa was so wonderful to work with! I am a FTM and came into the process pretty clueless. Lisa was very communicative, caring, and a very important person to have with me during my pregnancy/ labor. She made me feel so important and listened to my wants and needs. I really appreciated her sitting down with my husband and me to explain all the different choices I was able to have during labor. Her prenatal yoga class was also the perfect addition to the whole experience. If a second is in our future, I’d 1000% have her as my doula again!

I am a warrior birther and believe my experiences can help you reach your goals. I have had a home birth with lay-midwife, 3 hospital waterbirths, 4 non medicated hospital births. 8 in total. I believe every woman needs an advocate to make sure her birth plan manifests! Helping Mama's achieve their personal birth story goals is my life mission. 1 in 4 Mama's in Ohio do not make it to their babies first birthday. I am working to help end this trend. Women today are dealing with different maternal factors than the previous generations. Every pregnant mom wants a diet that is healthy. But in today's world that may not be as easily attainable as you would believe. We rely heavily on processed foods that are highly concentrated with sodium. Nearly every drink on the market comes in a plastic bottle. Juice, Water, Milk. We all have learned that microplastics is not healthy. Can we please have drinking products in aluminum cans with bpa free liners undetectable to taste or glass bottles? What are the consequences on a mothers body with added sodium and lots of plastics? When a mother consumes these products while pregnant does this put your health and your babies health on the best track? Is there a simple solution that all mothers can use? The answer is yes. Hydration for today's standards. I wrote a book to share with expecting mothers the importance of hydration during Pregnancy in todays packaged and processed food world. We are all told by our medical team to drink more water and stay hydrated. But as a birth doula I have found moms have questions that they feel are embarrassing to discus about hydration for fear of being thought ignorant. I explain to my moms that honestly that is the most important question you could ask. I break down what water does for you and your baby. We go over possible complications from dehydration. Lastly we discuss preventive hydration care. It is simple, it's easy and makes a difference in regards to how a mom feels physically as well as emotionally about her body and baby. The health impovements that occur with a well hydrated mother are vastly important. Learn what they are and how to hydrate you and your baby. You can purchase on Amazon. I never expected to be involved in birth work, yet five years later I am immersed in it loving every moment! My loving husband was the first person to educate me about my birth choices. His encouragement and the birth of my daughter are the reasons why I work in this field. While pregnant with my daughter I became very informed about my body and natural child birth/labor. I read countless books and watched many online videos. I did not realize my passion for birth work until I was asked to be a doula for the midwife who was serving me. She took me under her wing and started me on this journey and I have never looked back. Birth is one of the most sacred, compelling, beautiful, and healing events I have ever experienced. There is nothing compared to witnessing the birthing person bring forth a happy and healthy child. It is something I find incredibly joy-giving and satisfying. Labor In Love Midwifery seeks to serve birthing persons so that they can have a safe and healthy birth.
Jasmine is a wonderful Midwife. I’ve worked with her on mini homebirths. She really takes the mother’s medical care to heart. She listens to the mother’s concerns questions and requests and meets them how she can. I recommend Jasmine Wagster as a homebirth Midwife for a safe and healthy delivery.

Hi, I’m Natalee- a postpartum doula, newborn care specialist, homeschooling mom, and believer that every family deserves a gentle, supported start. My approach is rooted in compassion, evidence-based care, and deep respect for each parent’s intuition. I see the postpartum season not as something to “get through,” but as a sacred transition- a time to slow down, rest, and grow together. My goal is to help parents feel confident and cared for, whether that means creating a calm rhythm at home, offering newborn care guidance, or simply holding space so you can rest and reconnect. I believe there’s no one “right” way to parent- just the way that feels right for you. My philosophy centers on helping families discover what works for them while reminding them they don’t have to do it all. You deserve support that feels personal, nurturing, and grounded- because thriving in parenthood starts with feeling seen, heard, and held.

Hi I’m Tiffany Becton. I’m a Certified Birth Doula. I support women throughout pregnancy and during labor and delivery. I support at home births as well as hospitals. With my services I provide 3 prenatal visits, day of delivery and a postpartum family follow up. I give mom a nesting party to prepare for the baby. Mom receives a gift bag with my No Cramps tea to drink after birth to help with the bleeding and cramping. I also bengkung bind mom the day after delivery to help with posture and prevent diastasis recti.
Tiffany was my doula for my second pregnancy. She attended a few prenatals and was available via phone and text for any concerns I had. When I went past my due date she came over to exercise with me. She hosted a nesting party and provided herbs for pregnancy and postpartum support. During the birth she used her skills and knowledge to assist me through labor. She was a source of great support and affirmations throughout labor. She goes above and beyond for her clients and I am so lucky to have had her as my doula!

Ive used Kara for both of my pregnancies/labors/deliveries and highly recommend Kara. I had two very different birth experiences and both Kara helped me through. Everything from being informed about what to expect, child birth and child care education, advocating for myself, thinking through birth preferences and answering any/every question i had. Kara was/is like a birthing best friend. Anything that came up with fears, challenges etc she helped talk through with me. Kara is so knowledgeable, kind, compassionate, i honestly could not imagine either experience without her.
