Hi, I'm Salina! I'm a birth doula working towards certification, and while I haven't attended any births just yet, supporting moms and families through pregnancy and birth lights a fire in my soul. I believe birth is powerful, personal, and deeply sacred and no one should ever have to go through it feeling alone. This is your birth and your power- I am here to support you and your choices through pregnancy, labor, and birth. Service introduction

I offer (2) prenatal visits where we will go over your birth wishes and preferences, review previous births, brief education on stages of labor, introduce comfort measures, the role of the partner, what to pack in your hospital bag, coping tools, and discuss informed consent. From weeks 37-41 I am on-call 24/7. Once labor has begun or delivery day has arrived, I will meet you at the agreed upon location and I will remain with you until approximately 1 hour after baby has arrived. Around 6 weeks postpartum, we will have another meeting that will allow us to go over the details of the birth, check in on breastfeeding progress (if you choose to do so), and assist with any information that you may find helpful.
