About me
*Currently accepting new mommies who need reduced rate postpartum care due to financial constraints. 2 spots available in January & Feb.* My journey from military service to a certified postpartum doula has all been guided by a deep desire to serve and support others. As a mom myself, my passion is helping new families navigate the postpartum period and beyond with confidence. I specialize in compassionate overnight care, using my expertise in infant feeding, soothing techniques, and sleep rhythms to give you the gift of rest. I am also available for weekend daytime hours to assist with care, light household management related to the baby, and parental respite.
