I provide non-medical physical, emotional, and informational assistance to expectant parents throughout the prenatal, birth, and postpartum periods. My services encompass a range of support, including prenatal birth planning, labor coaching, postpartum recovery guidance, newborn care assistance, and lactation support. I am also available to offer support during labor.
