My services are designed to meet you where you are, honor your experiences, and empower you with knowledge, care, and presence. Doula Support – I offer certified birth, postpartum, and bereavement doula care. Whether you are preparing for birth, navigating postpartum, or processing loss, I hold space for you and your support circle, providing guidance, advocacy, and emotional support every step of the way. Reiki Energy Healing – Through gentle energy work, I help restore balance, release tension, and support emotional and physical well-being. Reiki sessions are tailored to your unique needs and can be combined with doula care for a more holistic experience. Meditation & Mindfulness – I guide meditation practices that promote relaxation, grounding, and self-awareness. These sessions can help reduce stress, cultivate confidence, and create space for connection with your body, mind, and spirit.
Davona was my doula for my first birth - she was invaluable and I credit her with a huge role in making things go as smoothly as possible. I was induced and ultimately needed to have a C-section for failure to progress, which was not my ideal birth experience. Davona was extremely knowledgeable about the process and helped me to talk things through before deciding to proceed with the C-section, factoring in my own preferences and advocating for me during the hustle and bustle of prepping for surgery. She was also a huge support for my own support people - my husband and my mom - who were worried about me and the process. If I have more children, I will certainly request Davona to be my doula again!

Davona was my doula throughout the entirety of my first pregnancy. The education, support, and encouragement she provided were indispensable. She was not only my doula, but a friend and confidant. She made my birth experience so special and I still cherish the photos she took throughout my labor and delivery. Her professionalism, advocacy, and humor made her an absolute pleasure to work with and I highly recommend her to any pregnant person looking for doula services.

Davona was so sweet and patient with me and my husband during pregnancy. Always willing to answer questions and reduce our worries. She was right there in the OR when our planned natural birth took a turn. She was amazing, by our sides and advocated for us the whole time! I recommend her everyday!

DaVona was great. She helped me navigate the pregnancy, and what to do during delivery. I was at ease during the entire process. Even more when the contractions started to come. I had no idea what to expect but she made sure she was one step ahead to make me comfortable , hydrated and relaxed. She advocated for me when the nurses didn’t want to listen, but also didn’t want to follow my birth plan. Would highly recommend her over and over again
