About me

From a young age, I have always found joy in caring for younger children and babies. As a teenager, my fascination with how women’s bodies worked deepened, leading me to educate myself about their complexities. Friends and family often turned to me for support and guidance regarding reproductive health, and I discovered a profound joy in listening, educating, and comforting those around me. My personal journey through pregnancies, losses, and the births of my own children solidified my desire to support women during these transformative times. I strive to cultivate positive and empowering experiences for all families. With over 16 years of experience in administration, early childhood education, and pediatric healthcare, caring for others is truly my specialty. I took a leap of faith to become a ProDoula-certified Labor, Birth, Postpartum, and Infant Care Doula because this is not just a job for me—it's my calling. I am also CPR/AED/First Aid certified, as well as HIPAA and OSHA compliant. In my free time, I cherish moments with my husband and our two children, creating lifelong memories together. I also enjoy traveling, serving at church, hosting gatherings with friends, and discovering new restaurants. I am excited to offer a safe, non-judgmental space filled with support and positivity, regardless of your life, birth, or parenting choices.
