With a deep-rooted love for nurturing others and years of hands-on experience supporting families, I come to my work as a postpartum doula with warmth, compassion, and understanding. My own experience with postpartum challenges is what truly called me to this work and shaped my philosophy of care. I know firsthand how vulnerable, overwhelming, and lonely the early weeks after birth can feel. Because of this, I am deeply passionate about ensuring new parents feel seen, heard, and supported. I place special emphasis on emotional and mental well-being, believing—both personally and through research- that caring for a parent’s emotional health is just as essential as supporting physical recovery. My goal is to create a calm, grounded environment where families can rest, heal, and begin this new chapter with confidence.
By nature, I am profoundly empathetic and nurturing, and many families share that my presence feels calming and steady. I believe some of the most meaningful support comes not from doing more, but from simply being present, offering patience, reassurance, and a safe space to land during a time of great change. I am a natural listener who values connection, trust, and honoring each family’s unique journey. My approach is rooted in gentle guidance, emotional attunement, and meeting parents exactly where they are, so they feel supported as they recover, reconnect, and grow into their new roles.
