Hi, I'm Desirai. I'm a wife, mother, corporate leader, explorer, leadership coach, and yogi. I've been through countless hardships and transformations. I figured my purpose must be to use what I've learned to help others. Although I love helping in any way that I can, my training is in coaching and yoga. Mom life coaching

Coaching for your needs. If you have a topic or feeling that you want to explore, simply show up, and I will be the unbiased listener, the empathetic guide, and the trusted confidant.

$45 USD · Per hour

1:1 Yoga

One on one yoga for you, your little one, or both. This is customized for your needs and goals. I will send you an intake questionnaire. From what you provide, I will come to our session prepared with mind and body movement specifically for you.

$100 USD · Per hour

What to expect

I work with moms during and after pregnancy to help with their physical and mental strength, agility, mobility, and stability. I also help with baby development and movement. My work is multi-disciplinary and customized for whom I'm working with, but it can be categorized at a high level as coaching, mindfulness, and yoga.
