Hi, I’m Stephanie! I’m a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach currently pursuing my BSN in an accelerated nursing program. My passion has always been caring for others, especially women, mothers, and babies. My goal after graduation is to work in the NICU or PICU, where I can continue supporting families during some of life’s most important moments. My background is a little unique. I proudly served in the U.S. Army, where I developed discipline, leadership, and a deep commitment to serving others. I also have experience working with women’s psychiatric health, which has strengthened my understanding of the emotional and mental aspects of care. As a former nanny, I’ve had the privilege of caring for infants and supporting families through the early stages of childhood, giving me hands-on experience with newborns and infant development. Women’s health is where my heart truly is. I specialize in helping women understand their bodies through fitness, nutrition, and movement. Whether preparing for pregnancy, staying active during pregnancy, recovering postpartum, or simply building confidence and strength, I believe every woman deserves compassionate, evidence-based support that meets her where she is. As an aspiring doula, my mission is to create a calm, encouraging, and empowering environment where mothers feel heard, supported, and confident throughout their birth and postpartum journey. I believe birth is one of life’s most incredible experiences, and I would be honored to walk alongside you every step of the way.
