I am a DONA-certified birth and postpartum doula, here to support you through both the birth of your baby and the preparation for this transformative event. Having a trained doula by your side during delivery—someone who understands the process both before and during labor—is one of the best gifts you can give yourself. ​ A doula will empower and value you, providing confidence and guidance throughout the journey. I believe in the power of prenatal exercises to help balance your body in preparation for birth. These movements not only prepare you physically but will also be incorporated during labor to help your baby move into the optimal position, making the birthing process smoother for both you and your baby. ​ We'll practice together, so you’ll know what to expect and what to do during labor, ensuring you feel ready and supported when the time comes. ​ As your birth doula, I offer additional prenatal visits to help you prepare for birth. During these sessions, I will guide you through exercises designed to get your body ready, focusing on routines that support your pelvic floor and promote pelvic movement. These practices help bring balance to your body, making the birthing process smoother and more empowering.​​
