About me

Hi, I’m Eimy, a birth doula serving families throughout the Tampa Bay area. I’ve had a love for pregnancy, birth, breastfeeding, and newborn care from a young age, growing up alongside my mom, who is a doula and IBCLC. My background as a CNA, especially in pediatrics, has given me hands-on experience caring for children and supporting families with patience, compassion, and understanding. I’ve also had the privilege of assisting with births and supporting postpartum mothers. I believe every family deserves to feel heard, respected, informed, and empowered throughout their journey. My approach is gentle, nurturing, and holistic, creating a calm space where you can trust your body and feel confident in your choices. 🌸 I’m so excited to walk beside you through one of life’s most beautiful transformations.

My services include prenatal support, birth and labor companionship, postpartum support, newborn guidance, comfort measures, breathing techniques, meditation, gentle prenatal yoga and movement, relaxation practices, lactation help ,birth-preparation education, and emotional support. I also love incorporating a holistic approach through peaceful beach or park meditation sessions, mindfulness, grounding, and creating a calm environment for you and your growing family.
