Birth Doula Support

Personalized birth doula support, including two prenatal visits to discuss your preferences, prepare for labor, and practice comfort measures. Includes on-call availability from 38 weeks until birth, continuous support during labor and birth, and immediate postpartum support as you settle in with your baby. Support includes comfort measures, positioning, relaxation techniques, and guidance for your partner, adapting to your needs during inductions, vaginal births, or cesarean births. One postpartum follow-up visit is included to check in on recovery, feeding, and your transition home.

Overnight Postpartum Support

Personalized overnight postpartum support to help your family rest and recover. Care includes feeding support, diaper changes, soothing, settling, and washing bottles and pump parts used during the shift. For breastfeeding parents, I can bring your baby to you for feeds and handle settling afterward. Each night is tailored to your baby’s needs and your family’s preferences, with gentle reassurance and practical newborn care guidance along the way. $55/hour for one baby. $70/hour for twins.
