Hello, I’m glad to meet you! I’ve been a practicing doula for over ten years and have completed certifications for both birth and postpartum care. As a mother to three daughters, I believe birth is a sacred and profound experience and it is an honor to witness and participate alongside. My passions include education, storytelling, helpful support and practical care. Wherever you find yourself in your family, marriage and story, I’d be honored to bring experience and support to your instincts, desires and questions in your birth journey.

Birth & Postpartum Doula packages and pricing

Birth Doula Care

As your doula, I will be available by text or phone call from the time of hire until 6 weeks postpartum. This package includes two prenatal visits, birth and two postpartum checks. When labor begins, I will be available to you by phone and will come to your home or hospital when the time is right. I will remain with you through the birth, until 1-2 hours postpartum. You will receive a call in the first 24 hours to check in on how you are doing, then a visit between 3 and 4 days following your birth to see how you and your family are adjusting to your new normal, assist with breastfeeding support as needed, make referrals, and address any postpartum concerns. Please contact me with any financial concerns as I don't want cost to be a hinderance in receiving the care you desire!

Postpartum Doula Care

This package is flexible upon needs and requests of family and may include postpartum baby care, lactation support, overnight shifts and food and nutrition support and preparation. Please contact to discuss further options and pricing packaging. Please contact me with any financial concerns as I don't want cost to be a hinderance in receiving the care you desire!
