About me

I am deeply honored to be part of the doula community, walking alongside mothers during their unique birth experiences. I look forward to supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, knowing that each journey will be as distinct as the families themselves. What remains constant in every story is the incredible beauty of the unknown, how each baby will arrive and the joy this new little person will bring into their lives. As a doula, I am truly grateful to each family that invites me into their journey, and I am committed to offering support that leaves you feeling confident in your choices and empowered as you step into parenthood. In my role as your doula, I work with you during pregnancy to understand what's most important to you in this season of life. I provide nonjudgmental support and evidence based information to guide you in making decisions about your delivery and parenting plans. Whether offering physical and emotional support, or advocacy, I am here to be by your side. I provide continuous labor support from the time you feel you need it until your baby is in your arms and you're ready to settle in together. I cherish working with families as they navigate the transformative moments of birth and the early postpartum weeks, and I am always honored to be part of this special season in their lives. When I'm not supporting families, I love adventuring with my husband and three children, tending to our garden, spending time with our farm animals, learning all things homeopathy, and, of course, enjoying a good cup of coffee!

Prenatal, birth and postpartum
I offer two prenatal appointments that are about 1.5-2hrs long each. We get to know each other, create a birth plan, and go over what to expect for the big day and the days to follow. I am there for the whole birth and then have a postpartum appointment a fews days after delivery.

If you're a second, third or 10th time mom, and aren't needing the prenatal appointments I offer a meet and greet and attend your whole birth.

Postpartum Doula
If you are needing a little extra help while you are taking time to bond with your family and heal I offer help with late night feeding, making meals, cleaning etc. I am available for hire to help with various needs.

We LOVED working with Jenna as our doula!! She was so so kind, very informative (which I wanted), and a peaceful presence to look to during a very intense labor and delivery process. While my labor didn’t go how I hoped Jenna never stopped supporting me, reminding me of my options, and loving me. She was so loving and supportive to my husband throughout the whole process as well, which meant the world. I ended up needing a c-section and Jenna stayed the 3 hours at the hospital so she could see me and baby after that (keep in mind she’d been there almost 24 hours already). That speaks to the intentionality and care she had for all three of us! Jenna was exactly who I needed by my side as I labored and then ultimately had to make hard decisions. She was ever present and uplifted me when I was discouraged! She even went out of her way to love on me and support me postpartum which will always stick with me. I could not recommend Jenna enough!! If you’re looking for a gentle, kind, sweet, educated, and selfless doula, Jenna is your girl!! We’re so thankful we got to work with her!!
