Hello! My name is Elise and I’m a birth doula. I’m passionate about everything birth and love helping women see the power they have over their birthing experience. I have experience with both home and hospital births and am knowledgeable in hypnobirthing, massage, counterpressure, acupuncture, and other things that can help make your experience more positive!

I am a birth doula! My services include 2 prenatal appointments, call and text support throughout your pregnancy, constant labor support, and one postpartum appointment. I also offer a free consultation appointment (either virtual or in person) to see if we’re a good match!
