Hey Mama, I’m Eloise Riley. I am a Birth and Postpartum Doula serving Placer County. I believe that birth and postpartum is a sacred time and space that every woman and family deserves to feel honored, empowered, and embraced through. You shouldn’t have to do it alone. You deserve to feel known, seen, heard, supported, and cared for. There is no greater honor than to support a family bringing in its newest member. As your doula I’m here to support you through it all and I can’t wait to get started!

BIRTH DOULA SERVICES Birth doula services go beyond just the birth room. I take time with you prior to your birth to go over your fears, beliefs about birth, your personal goals and desires, and working with you to prepare for your birth. Packages range from basic preparation and support during your labor to diving into the mechanics of birth and curating your personal birth plan. POSTPARTUM DOULA SERVICES Postpartum care is a time for the mother to be mothered. Postpartum doula services cover the bases with feeding support, mother, partner, and sibling support, meal preparation, light housekeeping, space to sit with you in all the emotions, and to support your healing, physically and emotionally. I’m there to be with you in the real and raw of it all because you shouldn’t have to do it alone.
