Hi there! My name is Emani, and I’m excited you came across my profile!✨ I am a recent graduate from the naturopathic medical school here in Portland, NUNM, with my doctorate in naturopathic medicine and certificate in natural childbirth. During my schooling, I had the privilege of attending over 10 births assisting local naturopathic midwives. I have completed my training with Doula School International where we learned effective positions for labor, soothing techniques to manage pain, as well as the intersectionality of birth and how to assist clients who may be struggling with their mental health in a trauma-informed way. As I am completing my doula certification, I am offering discounted doula services in exchange for an evaluation from you. These services include 2 prenatal visits, support during labor and delivery, and 1 postpartum visit. I look forward to supporting you during this momentous time! ✨

Currently I am completing my certification and am offering discounted services in exchange for an evaluation from you. Doula services include but are not limited to: 🌿2 prenatal visits covering birth plan, birth support for birther and partner, medical and pregnancy history, positioning during birth, techniques to manage pain, and when to call me 🌿My presence and support during labor, birth, and a few hours after birth 🌿1 postpartum visit to debrief the birth and ensure there is access to necessary resources like a lactation specialist ✨Additional services like body work, craniosacral therapy, and energetic work are not included in the discounted package✨

I offer targeted body work including massage and myofascial release for common complaints of pregnancy like low back pain, leg and foot pain, shoulder and neck tension. I’ll come to you! Option of warming oil scented with cinnamon or fragrance free oil depending on preference

In-Home Prenatal Craniosacral Therapy
This therapy uses gentle cranial (head) and sacral (hips and pelvis) holds to invite relaxation and realignment. Unwinding technique is also used to release tension and reduce stress.
