About me

Hello Families! My name is Emily, and I am a birth doula serving the greater Phoenix, AZ area. My approach to birth is calm, natural-minded, and nonjudgmental. I believe every family deserves to feel heard, respected, and confident in their choices. I strive to create a reassuring presence and supportive environment where parents can feel safe, encouraged, and cared for during one of the most transformative moments of their lives. Outside of birth work, I love spending time with my husband and daughter, stroller walks, coffee runs, and connecting with other moms in the community.

Service introduction

My birth support package includes 2–3 prenatal visits, continuous on-call and in-person labor support, comfort techniques, advocacy, and ongoing text/phone support throughout pregnancy. It also includes immediate postpartum support during the first 2 hours after birth to help you transition, recover, and settle in with your baby.
