About me

Hi, I’m Emily! I’m a mama of four and a birth doula serving families throughout East Texas. Motherhood and birth have always been something deeply important to me, and after having my own children, I knew I wanted to support other women through one of the most vulnerable and powerful seasons of their lives. I truly love what I do. My goal as a doula is to help families feel supported, informed, and cared for throughout pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum. I support all types of births and believe every family deserves to feel heard, respected, and empowered in their experience. Whether you’re planning an unmedicated birth, epidural, induction, cesarean, or home birth, I’m there to provide emotional support, education, comfort measures, and encouragement every step of the way. I strive to create a warm, judgment-free space where you can ask questions, feel safe, and know you don’t have to do this alone.
