Hi, I’m Stephanie, the heart behind Cedar & Honey Birth Co. I’m a birth doula and licensed massage therapist with over a decade of experience supporting moms through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum season.
My approach to birth is calm, steady, and deeply supportive. I believe every mom deserves to feel informed, respected, and well cared for — physically, emotionally, and spiritually — throughout her journey. I offer hands-on comfort measures, evidence-based education, advocacy in hospital settings, and continuous presence so you feel supported and confident during birth.
With a background in medical and therapeutic massage, I bring advanced bodywork skills into labor support — helping with comfort, relaxation, positioning, and nervous system regulation. I’m trauma-informed, intuitive, and experienced working alongside healthcare professionals, allowing me to support you confidently whether your birth follows your hopes or takes an unexpected turn.
Faith is an important part of who I am, and I naturally integrate prayer, encouragement, and spiritual support into my care. This is woven into the way I serve moms and families, with gentleness, reverence, and trust in God’s presence throughout birth.
My heart is to create a peaceful, reassuring space where you feel prepared, supported, and confident as you welcome your baby. It would be an honor to walk this journey with you.

Hi, I’m Stephanie.
I’m a wife, a mama, a licensed massage therapist, and a birth doula serving East Texas. But more than titles, I’m someone who deeply understands what it feels like to want peace, clarity, and steady support during pregnancy and birth.
My approach to birth is calm, grounded, and attentive. I don’t rush, I don’t overpower, and I don’t come in with an agenda. I listen carefully, I notice the small things, and I stay present — especially when things feel uncertain or intense. I believe moms deserve to feel respected, informed, and genuinely supported every step of the way.
Because of my background in massage therapy and medical settings, I bring a strong hands-on skillset to labor support — comfort measures, positioning, pain relief techniques, and physical reassurance that helps your body relax and work effectively. I’m also very comfortable in hospital environments and working alongside nurses, midwives, and physicians while always keeping you at the center of care.
Faith is an important part of who I am and how I serve. I believe God is near in birth — not distant, not abstract — and that His peace can truly shape the experience. My role is never to perform or preach, but to quietly support, encourage, and bring steadiness into the room.
