About me

Hello! My name is Monique, and I am a certified personal trainer, health coach, and yoga teacher with a passion for helping women of all ages feel strong, balanced, and empowered. I also work toward becoming a postpartum doula, which allows me to support families through one of the most transformative times in life. My approach combines physical wellness, mental clarity, and emotional support, because I believe that true health is about nurturing the whole person—not just the body. My philosophy is centered on empowerment, balance, and gentle guidance. I aim to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment where parents can feel confident in their abilities and take care of themselves while caring for their families. I encourage mindfulness, self-compassion, and intentional movement as tools for strength, resilience, and overall wellbeing. My goal is to help families thrive, knowing that when parents are supported, the whole family benefits.
