My name is Emily, and I am a birth doula supporting families in the Baltimore area. Pregnancy and birth are deeply personal experiences, and I’m passionate about helping birthing people and their families feel informed, supported, and confident as they navigate their options. With a background in public health, I bring a strong foundation in evidence-based care and help you make sense of complex information without pressure or fear. I have experience supporting hospital births and focus on creating a calm, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and respected. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my dog, caring for my plants, and getting lots of sunlight.
