Emily was so helpful during our potty training process. She encouraged, answered questions, and checked in on us throughout. I'm so thankful for her help!

Emily’s infant feeding class was so helpful! The information she shared about breast-feeding and bottlefeeding was so helpful to us postpartum and I’m so glad we took the class before our baby was born. Emily tailored the class to our needs and made herself available for questions after the class as well. The way she presented the information was so easy to understand and she was able to pack a lot into just a few hours. Not to mention, she came to our home and was very comfortable around our crazy dog and needed very minimal set up for her class!

If you're reading this it's likely because you don't want to trial and error your baby's sleep training -- You've found the BEST sleep coach around. Emily helped my wife and I sleep train our baby after we got into some bad habits from a 4 month sleep regression where our little one was waking up every 1.5 to 2 hrs. Emily was A MASSIVE BOON to helping our little one sleep soundly throughout the nights and nap times. She was already happy but she's even happier now and most importantly, we are more rested than ever which, is amazing. If you're debating on hiring Emily, I highly recommend working with her. We've already recommended her to friends. THANK YOU EMILY!

Frequently asked questions

What ages do you work with?

I support families from newborn through age 5: newborn sleep foundations (0-3 months), baby, toddler, and preschool sleep, and potty training. My CPR classes are for parents, grandparents, and anyone caring for little ones.

Do you work with families outside Austin?

Yes. I offer in-home support in the Greater Austin area and virtual support for families in Nurse Licensure Compact states. A travel fee may apply for homes over 30 minutes from North Austin.

Do you use cry it out?

There’s no one-size-fits-all method here, but I never use unmodified extinction ("cry-it-out"). I build each plan around your child, your family, and what you’re comfortable with, and we adjust as we go. While we can't prevent all crying, we can support your child to minimize crying. Newborn support is never sleep training. It focuses on your baby’s natural rhythms.

What’s the difference between a Breakthrough Call and Complete Support?

A Breakthrough Call is a single focused session for one challenge. You leave with a clear plan to carry out on your own. Complete Support includes a personalized plan plus ongoing RN support while you put it into action.

Can I use my HSA or FSA?

Yes, HSA/FSA is accepted for my newborn, sleep, and potty training support packages as well as my CPR classes.

Not sure where to start?

Book a free 15-20 minute Free RN Call. Tell me what’s going on and I’ll give you my honest take on what will help most, even if that’s not working with me.
