Highly recommend working with Kristen! We did the customized sleep plan and 1 week of live support and it was great to have her hands on support as we had a constant stream of questions while navigating sleep training for a sensitive baby. Went from wake-ups every 1-2 hours overnight to mostly sleeping through the night (1-2 wakeups overall) within the week. We also ended up taking a gentler approach to sleep training, so it was great to see these results and have Kristen's support with this approach.

Kristen is amazing! If you’re reading this review… you should work with her. Our first daughter didn’t sleep longer than 90 minutes at a time at night for the first 13 months. I read many books and got advice from friends but no book’s or friend’s philosophy perfectly fit my family’s situation or our goals and I always had unanswered questions. We wanted to try something different with our second daughter so we booked a session with Kristen. There is no book/podcast/AI equivalent to having a conservation with a sleep expert where you can discuss your particular child and get uncensored non-judgmental advice that resonates with your family. Kristen has so much experience to pull from and we were able to immediately implement her suggestions. My daughter is now 8 weeks and has been sleeping 3.5 to even 5 hour stretches at night. Affordable, flexible, informative, supportive, and most importantly WE ARE SLEEPING after one week! We bought one week of sleep coaching with Kristen. Our 6-month-old was still having multiple wakeups and split nights where we couldn't get him to fall back asleep, in addition to short and inconsistent naps. First night of coaching, he slept through the entire night until 6am, 0 wakeups. Very small amount of crying involved for us thankfully. He is now taking long naps, and sleeping through night, putting himself to sleep all by himself. I am shocked there could be this big of a difference after one week. I absolutely recommend Kristen's services for sleep training. We were struggling with our 6 month old so much! His naps were no longer than 20 minutes, he was waking up every hour during the night and sometimes it would take him up to 4 hours to fall back asleep. Kristen is kind and compassionate and works with what YOU want for your baby. Kristen started off our communication with getting a well-rounded picture of our second baby, our family, and our journey so far. It was such a breath of fresh air to experience this after working with previous sleep consultants for our first child who I felt always rushed us and never got the full picture. I contacted Kristen when my baby was 5 months and neither my baby or I had slept more than a 3 hour stretch since his birth. I had some baseline knowledge after working with several consultants for my first but just had no idea where to start since our sleep journey was completely off the tracks. After ONE phone consultation with Kristen my baby was napping in his own crib for 40-60 min (after being a contact-only napper) and sleeping 10-12 hours at night in his own crib (after sleeping in a bassinet next to my bed waking upwards of 10X/night which would result in me bed-sharing out of desperation). After our second consultation, I was able to fine tune some details and learn how to address small issues that were arising. Kristen is so unbelievably knowledgeable and gave me the confidence I needed to make the changes both my baby and I needed desperately. Almost 3 months later and my baby is still napping well and sleeping independently 11-12 hour nights. I feel well rested, confident to handle any sleep issues that might arise and so supported by Kristen!

Hands down the best investment new parents can make! Our family has worked with Kristen twice as she supported us in welcoming both our kiddos into the world. Kristen was there for us on Day 1 from the hospital both times to help us transition and get some much needed rest. With our firstborn (during Covid) Kristen coached us through becoming new parents and followed ridged safety protocols to keep our newborn safe and healthy. Kristen is an absolute blessing and her overnight services were so helpful for our whole family to get some good sleep those first 6 weeks postpartum.
