About Dominique

Hi, I am Dominique Horton. I am a Birth and Postpartum Doula originally from Long Island, NY and now proudly serving families throughout Charlotte, NC and surrounding communities. My passion for supporting families began through my own journey into motherhood. As a mother of two, I learned firsthand the joys, challenges, and transformative experiences that come with pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. Those experiences inspired me to become a doula and help other families feel supported, informed, and empowered during this special time in their lives. I provide compassionate, personalized support throughout pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum recovery. My goal is to create a nurturing space where families feel heard, respected, and confident in their decisions. Whether offering emotional encouragement, practical guidance, comfort measures during labor, or postpartum support as families adjust to life with a new baby, I am committed to walking alongside my clients every step of the way. I believe that every birth experience is unique and that every family deserves care that honors their individual needs, values, and goals. Postpartum Doula services

The postpartum period can be a beautiful but overwhelming time. As your doula, I provide compassionate, nonjudgmental support to help ease the transition and build your confidence as parents.
