Hi! My name is Erica, and I'm the Founder of Erica Friedman Wellness, a small business dedicated to helping moms feel strong, confident, and powerful through movement. As a Certified Pre-& Postnatal Fitness Coach I create fitness programming that prepares mamas for labor, postpartum recovery, and the activities of daily life as a parent. I am a coach, friend, and mentor. My goal is to equip you with the knowledge, strength, and function to heal, move well, and have the energy for the toughest job you'll ever love - motherhood. I offer 1:1 personal training, online programming, and group training (virtually + in person), with a focus on core + pelvic floor health and rehab, and a safe (re) introduction to movement postpartum.
