Integrated Birth & Postpartum Support: Nurturing Moms Through Pregnancy, Labor, and Beyond - Promoting Well-being, Confidence, and Family Harmony. (3) Prenatal Visits (2 hours each, 1 virtual) Birth Planning Childbirth preparation Tailored exercises to nurture mental and emotional well-being during pregnancy and smoother delivery. Guidance on asserting your needs during both pregnancy and the birthing process. Immediate Postpartum support afterbirth (1 hour) On-call at 36 weeks Unlimited phone, text, & virtual support 24/7 starting on-call at 36 weeks Virtual support during early labor & delivery Postpartum Support at home Newborn, Parent(s) & sibling care Lactation support Light housekeeping and meal prep Postpartum Plan Birth story process Belly Bengkung binding (3) Womb Massage (1) Mini Belly Art Birth Affirmation’s Bundle (9) postpartum visits (4 hours per visit) 9am-5pm text/ virtual support Pospartum support expires 4 weeks after 1st visit.
