Hello, and thank you for stopping by! My name is Erin, aka Mama Rin, and I'm looking forward to supporting you! I am a mother of two beautiful daughters, long-time advocate and supporter of informed birthing and sexual health & wellness empowerment. In addition to my certification as a Birthing Doula, I am also a clinical Sexologist (educator & coach) and certified Yoga Teacher with focus in women's health, and aromatherapist. My approach honors your individual needs, desires, and birth preferences—whether at home, in a hospital, or a birthing center. Through yoga and pelvic health practices, I guide women in reclaiming body wisdom, relieving discomfort, strengthening the pelvic floor, and preparing for both birth and recovery with intention and grace. As a certified Sexologist, I support your connection to sensuality, intimacy, and self-love—helping you deepen your relationship with your body, your partner(s), and your inner power throughout the transformative journey of motherhood.
