I’m Felicia Arevalo – Doula, Welcoming a new life into the world is one of the most beautiful and transformative experiences a woman can go through—but it can also be one of the most vulnerable. That’s why I’ve made it my mission to walk alongside mothers during this tender time, offering not just support, but presence, care, and genuine love. As a mom of four myself, I know firsthand how deeply overwhelming those early postpartum days can be. Whether it’s your first baby or your fourth, every journey is different—and every mother deserves to feel seen, heard, and nurtured. My heart is rooted in postpartum care. It’s where I feel called to serve the most—helping moms rest, recover, bond with their babies, and truly feel held as they find their new rhythm. I believe no one should have to walk this part of the journey alone. I serve with my whole heart in any way I can—whether it’s holding space, helping with baby care, providing resources, or just being a comforting presence in the quiet moments. What to expect

My role as your postpartum doula is to provide personalized, hands-on care in the comfort of your home. My goal is to ease your daily load so you can focus on healing, bonding, and finding your footing in this new chapter. Here's how I support: Newborn Care I assist with feeding (breast or bottle), diapering, burping, and soothing techniques. I offer education and reassurance as you learn to read your baby’s cues and build confidence in your role as a parent. Rest and Recovery Support Your physical and emotional well-being are a priority. I offer support so you can rest, sleep, shower, or simply take time for yourself while knowing your baby is in safe, caring hands. Meal Preparation and Nourishment I provide light, nourishing meal and snack preparation to ensure your body is supported as it heals. Good nutrition is foundational to recovery, and I aim to make it easy and accessible. Light Household Assistance I help with simple household tasks such as laundry, dishes, and tidying up—small things that can make a big difference in your day-to-day comfort and peace of mind. Emotional Support I offer a calm, grounded presence to talk through challenges, listen without judgment, and provide encouragement. Postpartum is not just physical—it’s emotional, and you deserve space to process it all.

Felicia was our post partum doula and what a lifesaver she was!! We have twin boys and post partum was not easy. Felicia showed up like Mary Poppins, willing to help in any way, she is knowledgeable about all things from mommy post partum stuff to the baby stuff you didn't know you needed to know. Further more, she is like a baby whisper-our boys instantly took to her and I never had to worry when my boys were being taken care of by Felicia! I literally sighed in review each time Felicia came over!! Oh ya-her lactation cookies are super yummy and worked wonders on my milk supply too!! I highly recommend Felicia for any birthing and doula assistance you may need(pre, birth +post)!

She was an amazing doula, she was kind and answered any question I had throughout my pregnancy and even went as finding different outlets for me to read regarding anything I was curious about! She made herself available all the time for me, and was very prompt with responding or returning my calls back, she may have been 5hrs away but that didn’t matter because of how communicative she is! When it came time for baby to come she was there and guided me every step of the way throughout my birth making me feel heard and seen, making sure I was comfortable and offered different ways to relax and breathe throughout my contractions and even helping with counter pressure techniques! She provided me with the support that I didn’t have due to my husband not being able to be present, . This was the first doula I’ve ever had and I don’t regret it and will be asking her to be at my next birth! Definitely recommend!
