I am going to deliver in hospital I want pre birth classes I want labour support

I do not want to have my baby in the hospital but if I have to I would like somebody who actually cares about the safety of me & my child’s needs during birth and after. I’m unemployed but I have Medicare I think so I will need help on that. I’m a first mom & i recently turned 20. I am looking for a natural birth but safe birth with emotional support & empathy

I have an OBGYN and will be delivering in a hospital but I want a doula there who could be my voice on the day of delivery. I want an unmedicated birth with minimal check ups, delayed cord clamping, immediate skin to skin, and only give vaccinations to my baby that are necessary.
