Hi there! I'm thrilled to share that I've been on an incredible and rewarding journey as a birth and postpartum doula since 2019. Throughout these enriching years, I've expanded my expertise by becoming a certified Lactation Counselor and Certified Carseat Technician, allowing me to provide comprehensive support to the families I serve. It brings me such profound joy and fulfillment to connect with growing families from every background imaginable, each with their own unique story and journey into parenthood! Prenatal Visit/Educational Class Birth Plan & Childbirth Education Included Resources Curated Baby Shower Registry Recommendations Essential Birth Bag Recommendations Birth Support 1-hour pre-on-call check in (Virtual) On-call for your birth starting one week before and 1 week after your due date Join you during active labor at home, hospital, or birth center Continuous support at your birth, including physical, emotional, and spiritual, support, for the birthing parent and partner/ support person Access to items such as TENs Unit, aromatherapy machine, rebozo cloth, and more while in labor Immediate postpartum support for the first 1-2 hours after birth Postpartum Care One in-person postpartum visit: Debrief on your birth Providing emotional support, breastfeeding support & tips on postpartum recovery Offer any needed referrals and community resources Six weeks of continued postpartum support by phone/email/text to help ease you into your “Fourth trimester” of birth

Do you accept payment plans?

Yes! I require a deposit of 40% of the package price and then full payment by the beginning of the on call period of birth support. Postpartum requires a deposit of 40% of total services as well. Payment plans can be discussed if needed :)
