4) Virtual Prenatal Visits: Approximately an hour and a half to two hours each Assistance writing and reviewing your birth plan Handouts on hospital bag packing, snack, and meal recipes that help support prenatal, labor, and postpartum created by myself Recipes for prenatal, labor, and postpartum assisting meals and snacks Review and practice techniques and positions to use during birth Unlimited support throughout pregnancy via phone/email/text Labor Support: On-call for your birth starting at 38 weeks Continuous support at your birth, including physical, emotional, and spiritual, support, for the birthing parent and partner/ support person through video call, text, and phone call. Immediate postpartum support for the first 1-2 hours after birth (1) Postpartum Visit: Debrief on your birth Provide emotional support, breastfeeding support & tips on postpartum recovery Offer any needed referrals and community resources Six weeks of continued postpartum support by phone/email/text to help ease you into your “Fourth trimester” of birth

Do you accept payment plans?

For births, Yes! I require a deposit of 30% of the package price and then full payment by the beginning of the on call period of birth support. Payment plans can be discussed if needed :)
