I was in need of a lactation consultant as soon as possible, and Giovanna was able to come out to my house the very next day. Even though I had taken a lactation course prior to my newborn arriving, I was experiencing significant pain and nipple damage. I knew I needed to address the issue quickly before it got worse, and Giovanna helped me immensely. She provided a very detailed consultation, used red light therapy to help heal my nipples, and corrected my baby’s latch. Thanks to her support, I’m now able to breastfeed completely pain free, and my nipples have fully healed. She was extremely professional, informative, and supportive throughout the entire process. I’m so grateful to now be able to breastfeed my newborn comfortably.
