Hi, I’m Liz Manoah, BSN, RN, IBCLC, a registered nurse and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant based in Central Florida. I’m passionate about supporting families through every stage of infant feeding, whether they are breastfeeding, pumping, bottle feeding, combo feeding, or simply trying to find a plan that feels sustainable for their family. My background includes years of experience in women’s health, mother-baby care, hospital-based lactation, outpatient lactation support, and family education. I love helping parents feel more confident, informed, and supported during what can be one of the most beautiful, overwhelming, and emotional seasons of life. Through The Breastfeeding Cafe, my goal is to create a warm, judgment-free space where families can receive evidence-based lactation care, practical feeding support, and encouragement that meets them exactly where they are. I believe every family deserves compassionate guidance, realistic options, and care that supports both the baby’s needs and the parent’s well-being.
