About Grace
Hi, I’m Grace! I have a background in Catholic education and a passion for supporting women through pregnancy and birth. I love learning about the natural process of birth, pregnancy nutrition, and ways to help women work with their bodies during labor. My birth philosophy centers on helping women feel comfortable, confident, and informed so they can approach birth with trust in their bodies and the knowledge to make decisions that feel right for their families. My Catholic faith is at the heart of how I care for others, and I feel incredibly blessed to walk alongside families as they welcome new life into the world.

What to expect
My doula package includes two prenatal visits, continuous support during labor and birth, and one postpartum check-in visit. Our first prenatal visit will take place over Google Meet, where we can get to know each other and discuss your hopes, questions, and preferences for birth. Our second visit will be in person, giving us time to practice comfort measures, discuss natural ways to support labor, and prepare for your birth. I’ll then be there to support you throughout labor and delivery, followed by a postpartum visit to check in, talk through your birth experience, and see how you and your family are adjusting to life with your new little one!
