4–8 hours of dedicated daytime infant support • Responsive feeding support (breast, bottle, or expressed milk) • Diaper changes and attentive hygiene care • Age-appropriate wake window support and nap routines • Engaging in developmentally supportive play (tummy time, sensory play, reading, songs) • Supporting gross and fine motor development • Monitoring and responding to baby’s cues in a calm, nurturing way • Outdoor walks or fresh air time (weather permitting) • Light infant-related household tasks (bottles, pump parts, baby laundry, tidying play/sleep areas) • Gentle guidance around sleep, feeding rhythms, and daily routines • Emotional reassurance and support for parents • Individualized care tailored to each family’s parenting style and goals

What to expect

As a night nanny, I provide compassionate, attentive overnight care so parents can rest and recover with peace of mind. My services include newborn care throughout the night such as feeding (breast, bottle, or expressed milk), diaper changes, soothing, and supporting healthy sleep habits. I monitor baby’s cues closely and respond in a calm, nurturing way to ensure they feel safe and comforted. I also assist with light newborn-related tasks like washing bottles and pump parts, preparing feeds for the next day, and maintaining a tidy sleep space so families wake up feeling supported and organized.
