Before working with Haley, I was on birth control for five years and always struggled with my mental health. Doing Haley’s course, I was able to regulate my hormones, track my cycle, and my mental health improved tremendously. I was also worried about my fertility due to the pill, however, I got pregnant first try and everything has gone very smoothly!
