I am a sleep specialist that offers support to families across the world with their sleep. I offer 1:1 personalised support and I online self-led workshops that cover specific topic at an affordable price. These can be found via my website. My 1:1 support aims to educate and empower parents to achieve the sleep they desire. Sleep is a sensitive, emotive and personal topic and I hope that by supporting families with their values and belief at the centre, I will help to change the misconception that supporting sleep is negative or selfish in anyway. EVERYONE deserves good sleep. My support consists of a detailed sleep questionnaire, a phone/zoom call to go through the questionnaire and share your choice of methods to improve your sleep, a written personalised plan and WhatsApp support whilst you implement your plan. I know what it is like to be sleep deprived, desperate for change but scared what that might look like. My Night Nanny support will guide you through those early weeks and months supporting with feeding, washing bottles, responding to night wakings etc. I look forward to supporting you soon.
