I am a certified holistic health practitioner and postpartum doula— my passion is helping mamas learn to care for themselves and their babies in every season. I specialize in nutrition specifically for women who are trying to get pregnant, pregnant women, and postpartum health. $40 USD · Per hour

Mama’s Choice

Want help for a longer amount of time? Choose this if you need meals cooked or longer jobs to be assisted with. 5 hours, 2x a week

What to expect

I support moms in the postpartum stage, looking for newborn/childcare, healthy and nutrient dense meals and counseling, herbal remedies, and anything that will make your postpartum recovery easier and more enjoyable.

Hannah is absolutely wonderful. She has a nurturing character and loves to go above and beyond what is expected of her. She loves children very much and has been a great support to her parents as the eldest sibling of 6. She is a hard worker and dedicated to whatever task is laid before her. She also loves to cook (and is really good at it) and bake all manner of sour dough items. She is quick and efficient. She is a respectful young lady who strives to do her best in all she sets her hands to.
